Al mudar cambiamos. Mutamos.
Las disciplinas artísticas en general y en este caso concreto, la fotografía, nos cambia como individuos, pero también hace que cambie la forma en la que vemos el mundo y las representaciones que hacemos del mismo a través de la creación de imágenes.
Los procesos creativos, como el cambio, implican asumir un riesgo. El acto creativo nos posibilita cerrar ciclos y dar comienzo a otros porque mientras creamos, estamos en un campo de transformaciones, no solamente con los materiales que utilizamos, sino con aspectos profundos de nosotros mismos.
En este taller partimos de la idea de mudanza, cambio y transformación y su relación con respecto a la creación artística como proceso y recorrido que nos lleva de un lugar conocido a otro nuevo.
Compartimos el trabajo de diferentes artistas visuales que puedan inspirarnos y servirnos de referencia y experimentaremos con varias técnicas y posibilidades plásticas que nos inviten a salir de nuestra zona de confort creativa tanto a nivel individual como grupal.
Todo esto tuvo lugar en la Biblioteca Municipal de Murguia (Vitoria).

When we move, we change. We change.
The artistic disciplines in general and in this particular case, photography, change us as individuals, but it also changes the way we see the world and the representations that we make of it through the creation of images.
Creative processes, like change, involve taking risks. The creative act enables us to close cycles and start others because as we create, we are in a field of transformations, not only with the materials we use, but with deep aspects of ourselves.
In this workshop we start from the idea of moving, change and transformation and its relationship with regard to artistic creation as a process and journey that takes us from one known place to another new.
We share the work of different visual artists who can inspire us and serve as reference and we will experiment with various techniques and plastic possibilities that invite us to leave our creative comfort zone both at individual and group level.
All this took place in the Municipal Library of Murguia (Vitoria).
